Meet us in Captaloona Art Madrid, where Alejandro Carballo and Claudio Fiorentini propose a unique event in which musical improvisation rides literature and poetry, mixing words with serial and tonal music, and jazz. The event is the prelude to a more complex improvisation meeting where other than words and music we will have dance, photo, painting and whatever other art can be improvised.

Alejandro Carballo is a mexican composer, trombonist, pianist, producer and visual artist. He has worked, among many others, with Luis Miguel, Christina Aguilera, Juan Gabriel, Celia Cruz, Rafael, Pitingo, Lupita D’Alessio, Mijares, The Temptations, The Four Tops. His recent discography credits collaborations with Lupita D’Alessio (Warner Music), Mijares (Warner Music), Mijares Sinfónico desde el Palacio de Bellas Artes. He also composes soundtracks for cinema and TV series. He is based in Toledo.

Claudio Fiorentini, is an italian poet, novelist and visual artist, he has published eight novels, a collection of short stories and six poetry books. He is the author, with the philosopher Franco Campegiani, of the cultural manifesto “Il Bandolo” (The unraveling end), that has been translated into 3 languages and signed by more that 110 artist. He has been awarded with the Spoleto Festival Art prize because of his activity of cultural promotion. He lives in Madrid where he has an art gallery.
